DBR founder, Lex Berman, says: aloha!
For many years he worked at the Harvard Center for Geographic Analysis on projects such as such as the G. W. Skinner Archive, ChinaMap, and JapanMap. Lex was also the project manager for the China Historical GIS , and in the field of historical gazetteers, Lex developed (with Bill Hays) a Temporal Gazetteer API. |
